Get detailed metadata for a specific dataset

Return detailed metadata for a single Eurostat dataset, including description, available countries, time range, and source URL. **Path parameter:** `code` is the Eurostat dataset code (e.g., `namq_10_gdp`, `prc_hicp_midx`, `une_rt_m`). Source: Eurostat SDMX 2.1 API. Required scope: `eurostat:read`.

Authentication

Requires API key via X-API-Key header.
